REFORMER 101

New to Reformer Pilates? This one-time, complimentary class is the perfect place to start. Designed for those who have never used a Pilates reformer before, we’ll begin by introducing you to the machine—covering its parts, safety, and how to use it confidently. After the walkthrough, we’ll guide you through a beginner-friendly workout so you can experience the reformer in action. Offered once each week, this class is a great way to get comfortable before joining our regular class schedule. Come curious, leave confident!

INTENSITY LEVEL: 1/4

REFORMER 1

Reformer 1 is a foundational-level class designed for individuals who are comfortable using the Pilates Reformer but may still benefit from guidance and support. This class offers a balanced workout that focuses on core strength, alignment, flexibility, and controlled movement. Reformer 1 provides a supportive environment with clear instruction. Lunges, squats, and transitions may be included.

INTENSITY LEVEL: 1-2/4

REFORMER 2

Reformer 2 is an intermediate to advanced Pilates class designed for those with a strong foundation and confidence on the Reformer. This dynamic session incorporates more challenging sequences, increased pace, and complex movements to deepen strength, stability, and coordination. Ideal for experienced clients ready to push their practice further.

MIXED REFORMER

Get ready to elevate your Pilates practice with Mixed Reformer – a dynamic and energizing class that combines the power of the Reformer with a variety of functional training tools. Using a mix of equipment including weights, resistance bands, Pilates rings, and more, this full-body workout is designed to challenge your strength, stability, and control. Expect creative sequences that enhance muscle tone, core engagement, and flexibility, all while keeping your mind and body engaged. Whether you're looking to level up your fitness or break through a plateau, Mixed Reformer offers a balanced blend of intensity and flow.

REFORMER JUMP

Elevate your cardiovascular fitness with the Pilates Jumpboard classes, a fun and invigorating workout. Using the Reformer Jumpboard, our sessions offer a low-impact, high-intensity experience. Engage your core and get your heart pumping as you perform jumping exercises on the reformer's attached cardio Jumpboard.

GRACE IN MOTION

This specially designed class is tailored for older adults or for people of any age seeking a safe, supportive, and effective way to stay active. With an emphasis on gentle movements, this low-impact session avoids complex or strenuous exercises. Our focus is on improving core strength, joint mobility, balance, and posture. Using the Reformer for guided resistance and support, you'll move through slow, controlled exercises that are easy on the joints while helping you feel stronger, more flexible, and confident in everyday movements.
